Though it is important for the front end to be perfect, everything needs to work properly, and the back end must meet the requirements of our new establishment. Appolonia, for its part, has been able to assist us throughout the opening process and was available (very available) on the first days of operation, allowing us to very quickly familiarize ourselves with the entire system. We are happy with the online system, and all our installed programs can be used instinctively by each user, allowing them to easily find answers to analysis and/or client loyalty concerns. For many of us, this operating system was new, but we have all now got used to it quite easily.
